Grand Magistrix Elisande
1. Kill elemental adds asap.
2. Dodge Arcanetic Ring, and watch your Permeliative Torment, using a slow bubble of damage is too high.
3. P2, deal with P1 stuff, plus position yourself properly to avoid Delphuric Beam, and players stand in Epocheric Orb .
4. P3, deal with P1 & 2 stuff, plus use time bubbles to stagger Conflexive Burst explosions, and move away from center BEFORE Spanning Singularity goes out.
Adds:
Recursive Element (blue) - Immobile - tanks get their first; melee hits hurt. When it dies, leaves a Slow Time bubble - reducing casting movement and attack speed and cooldown recharge rate by 30%. **Avoid bubble.
Expedient Elemental (Pink) - Shield on boss. Tank pick up asap. Casts Exothermic Release - Interruptible cast inflicting raid wide damage, dealing 5% each time used. Upon death leaves Fast Time on the floor: Increasing casting and all goodies by 30%. Send in DPS only, and when you need to refresh, it will diminish.
Phase 1
Ablation - Tank swap. sometimes it gets high, when tanking adds.
Arcanetic Ring - Get near the slow bubbles, as they will slow these rings, and give you a gap to go through without getting hit. Or stand right in the middle, next to pillar, with boss on other side of the pillar and when they are small enough you can move between them. **Dodge the incoming rings.
Permeliative Torment - Just heal through, and save cd's towards the end. Might have to use the slow bubble to diminish this ticking dot.
When she reaches 10%, she will freeze everything, rewind time and gain 100% health.
Phase 2
She will spawn a mirror image, a random locations around the room that will cast Arcanetic Ring, but they will move towards the mirror add. ***Position yourself around the add, instead of the boss, so you can dodge beams.
Still kill elemental adds.
Ablating Explosion - Tank swap, & run out with the de-buff?
Delphuric Beam - Fan out away from boss and make sure no one is between you and boss.
Epocheric Orb - One player soaks the orb, to avoid extra raid wide damage. Note if it spawns over a speed orb, it will move faster.
When she reaches 10%, she will freeze everything, rewind time and gain 100% health.
Phase 3
Still echoes the Arcanetic Ring, plus now echoing Delphuric Beam as well.
Ablative Pulse - Not interuptable? Tank swap whenever possible.
Conflexive Burst - Will go off on all players selected at the same time. Use time patches fast /slow /none to alter the time of the explosions. Make sure adds are down quickly so the bubbles are up.
Spanning Singularity - Everyone move away from pillar before ability comes, to drop goo away from center. Rotate around as a group.

I said go left. We probably should have just hugged the bubble a little longer and went right like Jake then we could have easily dodged the 2nd set. My friend was watching Jakes stream buzzing my ear that whole time the last 2 attempts on everything we were doing wrong (lol). "The mage did it right - You shouldn't have to call it out every time - at your angle you couldn't see her mirror - they should know last minute where to go." I felt like a scolded child... gd stream. lol.
Overall I'm super glad we got to go get a look at this fight so we could have better set up when we take the whole raid in there and get a jump on progressing on this. Thank you guys so much.
DPS on the adds - getting these down quickly is like.. everything in this fight.
Some changes I think we can make to improve would be setting up the red bubble in relation to where the mirror is in phase 2 (and 3 when we get there). We have to look around the room to see where the mirror image is, and realize that the rings will center/collapse to her image, where ever that is, NOT the center of the room.
So right before the rings come out, we should be looking to see where her mirror image is standing and realize that is where they are going to be collapsing to. So if we are looking into the blue bubble, facing the outside wall, and her mirror image is to our back right... they are going to collapse to our right, giving a gap on the right, but also leaving them lagged coming through the bubble, if we get double rings.
I was also having a birdy chirping in my ear that our uptime dps on the boss was really slow because we were taking so long to down the adds. We could have avoided the 2nd set of double rings of we did better on dps.
In the replay, If you watch Wasatch, you see he gets to the add as soon as he sees that it starts to see that its spawning. he's there WHEN it spawns. This means he starts dpsing it right away, meaning he gets to the red one faster, getting the red buff out sooner/longer. Essentially, in the 1st phase 1 we could do the red ones first to have that damage buff out longer, but I'm not sure I trust you guys to get that blue one down in time before the rings come out if we get the red add down first......
The other thing, which I think we got resolved, is tanks taunting to run out the explosion.
Gab also mentioned that the swirls on the ground appear to spawn in the same spots all the time, so we can try to plan around not dropping a red one on those places, and making sure to get on soaking one that might be in a blue one before a blue one dies there.
OVerall - when we see the beams to spawn the adds I want EVERYONE Moving to kill the adds BEFORE they spawn and I want EVERYONE on the adds immediately.
Also I want everyone to look for her mirror image in p2 and p3 to see what side you need to dodge the rings.
This will make a huge difference.
I looked over some stuff.
Deaths so far:
- Spanning Singularity - ranged need to spread out and stay out of bad
- Arcanetic Ring - stand between blue bubble and boss, ring shrinks while moving towards boss (or image in P2 and P3). https://www.moovly.com/gallery/user/4d716e17-1349-7a77
If we get a bad ring we should get a movement speed buff and run through asap. Run through the middle of an orb.
Challenges:
- Soaking pools: use slow debuff when soaking, OT plus a healer or two
- Orbs: hunters + mage soak
- Phase 1 took way too long, creates more repeated abilities in later phases: Hero on pull (once boss lands). Ideally we should only get 3 rings (transition before 2:27). This means 3 blue adds and 2 pink adds. For 3rd blue add, cleave off boss.
We cannot simply place puddles where we want because this will mess up positioning for rings. There is no hint for targets to run out. We should spread so puddles don't overlap. We should have assigned soakers using slow debuff. Because dps is tight, use OT and healers for soaking.
Phase 1 timeline:

Blue: 0:10
Pink: 0:15
Ring: 0:34
Blue: 1:00

Ring: 2:37
TODO: does blue spawn in same place? Use markers to record. Move boss there pre-emptively.
I forgot about lusting when the boss lands - space brain - my bad. Yes, last night felt painfully longer than our half raid group attempts the other night. I was barely hanging on by a thread - brain was fried. I was having a hard time remembering what to update in the note that we learned from our other night in there as well.
I don't think we totally need to use the slow de-buff to soak the pools if we are careful enough about it, especially in phase 1. But we will feel it out - IF you do use it be sure to pick up the red one to wash it out afterwards.. I am still not entirely sold that they spawn under a set player's feet. It says under enemies feet, as a general statement, and the blue puddles spawn under the blue add which spawns in a general location determined by rng or set (if we set your TODO and mark it we will find out) so they could easily set the puddles to spawn at the blue bubbles even if people aren't standing there.
None-the-less - Lets set up a rotation for soaking these up that doesn't affect dps. Who tanks the blue one? Grump? The blue one should die in time for him to jump out and soak one. Then we can set up for a healer to help soak one (assign an order).
RE TODO marker on spawning blue add; I know the first one didn't appear to spawn in the same spot. But we can be sure after the first pull tonight after placing markers. :)
Just to be clear, if you have the Fast Time (pink) buff, you will take a lot more damage soaking pools. So Slow Time buff is not mandatory, but Fast Time buff is bad. Do not stand in puddles with the Fast Time buff. Also the Slow Time buff is only 10 seconds while the Fast Time buff is 30. So getting the Slow Time buff is not a big deal for healers and OT. It should fall off naturally shortly after soaking.
