Raid invites prioritized as such:

Attendance / Attitude
Raid Composition
Raid Rules
1. Be on time to every raid and back from breaks on time. If you can not attend a raid, notify us in advance, if possible. If you do not show for a raid, without notifying us in advance, you may very likely lose your raid spot. Invite priority will also take attendance into consideration. If you are late, without notice, you will be replaced for the night at raid start time.
2. Core raid spots are maintained by attendance and performance/skill. If a member is at any time holding the raid team back due to lack of ability or attendance, they may be asked to sit out, or move to a back-up position, either for a particular encounter or the entire raid.
3. Research your role and class on your own time, using theory crafting sites or reviewing logs to make sure you are always contributing at the very highest performance level. Know your best spec, talents and glyphs for each encounter, and be ready to use them.
4. If you have a strategy suggestion, you may whisper it to an officer, but please have an open mind and understand there is more than one way to cook a goose, and the raid leader has already done extensive research before choosing a strategy. Raid strategies will be posted on the website and open dialog is welcome there.
5. Be open to constructive criticism, and always do the best you can to progress the TEAM, not just yourself. Understand that our core raid group is not here to gear up alts, even on farm content. The faster we down farm content, the more time we have for progression.
6. No elitist behavior. Treat everyone with respect, and keep raid banter light and friendly.
As we start out on flex raids, we will give people the chance to prove their abilities, and as we develop a core team, we will start restricting invites on a competitive performance scale; ie, the better performers / most dependable players will have priority invites, and anyone that holds back the group will be filtered out.
Loot Rules:
Flex/Normal to start; MS/OS Highest Roll
Heroic: BiS. Notable importance (4 piece or bis), roll if equal value
Once we establish a raid without pugs, loot priority will also go by rank (2 week initiate period in the group with lower loot priority). Priority will go to the most dependable members, and favor what's best for progression.
NOTE: NO loot drama will be tolerated. We are here to kill bosses. No greediness or loot-whoring will be allowed.

*** We reserve the right at any time, to demote/replace raiders if performance, attendance, or attitude changes in a way that is deterring progression of our raid team.***

Extra....
A little note about me, Lily as the group leader;
I am very transparent, and welcome open communication. I strive for a very organized, fast-paced raid, that stays on task but also has a great time together. I am fair, but have high expectations, and will be very clear on what each person needs to do to meet those expectations. We will give everyone a fair chance to work on any shortcomings, but do expect to be sat or moved to the 2nd team if you are struggling to keep up with dps/heals/mechanics. Do not take things personally. Everyone on the team will treat each other with common respect, and there will be no condescending behavior in raid. If someone is called out on something, I expect them to fess up to it and improve, without ego or argument.
Please come directly to me (or any other officer you feel comfortable with) if you have concerns or issues.
I look forward to being part of a skilled and capable team, who have a great time together pushing progression every raid night.
:)
