Trials of Valor
Are we going to be making some attempts on this next week? I'm hoping so. Here are some videos:

EDIT: Updated Helya link as Fatboss just posted a guide for it.

Thanks for posting those. Zap was going to look into the loot and see which place was better over all (seems like ToV has potentially better itemized loot for some) - he should be getting back with that info soon.
I will be super cereal right now... I was dreading looking up new fights and finding time to fit everything in. I already barely have time to even do my WQ's like once a week haha.
I think I need a co-raid leader to help me research/set up raid strategies. This month is crazy for me - in the next 4 weeks our family has 3 birthdays (mine, hubbies and oldest daughter), plus 2 other friend b-day parties, and Thanksgiving. And of coarse she wants a huge party at home and school. And the PTO needed volunteers for the turkey trot fund raiser and I was the only mom that showed up to the meeting so guess who got volunteered >_<.
I'm not sure where/how to fit these in our regular schedule - do we want to skip heroic for a week and work on these? Only 6 hours of raid night per week is kinda rough. Another option would be to move heroic to Thursday night (Even though I couldn't attend except on random occasions - which isn't a big deal), and we'd have more time to work on progression content for Tues/Wed.
We talked about it a week ago but didn't come to any solid conclusions, so I will get the officers back together and we will revisit this and see what we come up with.
My main thought would be to proceed in whatever fashion continues to gear people up the most efficiently. Less importantly it's new content and I like seeing and doing new things. My suggestion based on quickly glancing at loot tables and my own personal bias would be:
Heroic EN -> Normal ToV -> Heroic ToV -> Mythic EN
Will be interested to see what Zap thinks after his analysis.
I can relate to being busy but that sounds like an intense November. Hopefully this can be a source of enjoyment and not add to any stress or else I'll tell you you're doing it wrong. This is a game after all and you don't owe anyone anything. I for one appreciate what you do though, so thank you!
Thanks Kera :)
So, some varying opinions I have gotten, support the idea to move H EN to Thursday night, and start in H ToV, since we have been clearing H EN for quite awhile now and most people should have a lot of their upgrades. We don't need to hang around in there for everyone to get every single upgrade, especially when our ilvl is sufficient enough to down the DPS check boss.
Also, that there are only 3 bosses in there, and once we master those, we will have more time for Mythic progression.
Nothing has been decided fully yet - but I am preparing all the strategies for the 3 new bosses today so we are ready for anything. I have our adjusted tweaks for M Ursoc, and set up ready for M Dragons as well.
H ToV then M EN with H EN on Thursday seems like a good approach to me.
Thursdays are always going to be tentative for me and I don't want to leave people hanging if they still need upgrades from H EN. That's my only reservation.
ToV has some good trinkets and lots of relics. The relics will help us a lot. We should prioritize it over H EN.
I looked at the first two fights of ToV and they seem straight forward. I recommend we run Normal ToV then flip to Heroic.
I suggest we ask everyone to be ready for ToV on Tuesday. However, we should be prepared to quickly go over to H EN if there are issues on launch day.
So, I've been talking to other mythic raiding guilds (all 3 at least 4/7 mythic) and they are all starting on Normal and highly suggesting we do the same. Helya could be a pain in the ass. The idea is to quickly clear normal and then understand all the adjustments to make for heroic, like how close we were to DPS check, and how to better organize Helya.
PLUS normal has a WF/TF chance which is more of the better itemized gear all around.
I'm heavily leaning towards start on normal. If it is in fact easy, it shouldn't take very long.
EDIT: We are starting on normal. All the 7/7 mythic guilds on wow progress that started it today, started on N.
